The Jensen Interceptor Mark III debuted in 1971 with a revised front grill, headlamp finishers and bumper treatment. It also had revised seats, optional fully cast alloy wheels other minor improvements.
The 6.3 litre 383ci engine was also superseded by the 7.2 litre 440ci in 1971.
The Mark III was the final iteration of the rakish Interceptor.
Registered in 1976, NOA 369P was built by Jensen for display at the 1976 Irish Motor Show. The car has been very well looked after since with a well-kept history folder containing a large number of bills since 1999, including many thousands spent with ourselves.
The car has many highlights such as heated front seats, recently renewed wooden veneer dash, quilted leather, remote central locking and Bluetooth connectivity. These all go together to make this a very handsome and usable Interceptor.
As you would expect, mechanically the car is in superb condition with the engine and transmission performing exactly as expected.
Cars of this standard are well sought after and coupled with the provenance of this particular car, this will be an Interceptor not only to be used and enjoyed but also one to be cherished as a good investment.
